Shipping/Return Policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICIES

If an item is damaged once received, please send pictures of the box, and items that are damaged to our support email: burlesquebabies@outlook.com.  If an item is damaged either from shipping or from its making, we will work with you to return or refund the item.

Requests for refunds due to damaged or defective items must be sent within seven days once the items has been received according to the tracking information. Once contacted and evaluated, we will determine replacement of any proven defective item.    

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

Every package sent is insured, and we will resend your item if the tracking number (see below) states the item was not Delivered as long as:

  • We are contacted by the post office that the item was lost/ruined/or destroyed.
  • Domestic items have not stated "Delivered" for 6 weeks (42 days) after it was shipped.
  • International items have not stated "Delivered" for 10 weeks (70 days) after it was shipped. 

Every package we send comes with tracking information, and you should be emailed your tracking number through the email that you purchased your items from in the delivery confirmation.  Once the tracking states that the item has been "Delivered" at the correct address that was typed during purchase, we no longer can do anything about that package.  The issue must be brought up to your local post office to fix the issue.  We're very sorry, but we are unable to do anything from our end. 

For international shipments, once the tracking number states that the item has left the United States we are unable to do anything about it after that. Once a package passes through the United States, it's up to you to work with your local post office to find the package. 

If your item states "Delivered" and you are unable to find the package, we suggested the followings things:

  • Double check every entrance of the house.  The boxes are small and are sometimes placed out of the way so that people passing by cannot see the item. 
  • Check with neighbors to ensure they did not get your package. 
  • If in a complex, check with your front desk. 
  • Wait until the next day, as sometimes packages show up a day late 
  • If all else fails, kindly take your shipping number to the post office and ask the person there.  

If your item was clearly damaged due to shipping (i.e. box is crushed, gash marks, water damage, etc.), you must email us at burlesquebabiesinfo@gmail.com.  Please send us pictures of both the item and the box.  We will then have to send you a prepaid shipping label to have you send the item back so that we can bring it into our post office to be evaluated for insurance purposes.  Once we receive the item, we will resend you a new one.
